WOW! Dude finally grew some balls!

Not from what I can find. Then again, I am not a native speaker of Japanese. I rely on the internet. I could not find Sugino. I found Sugina, which means "cedar." I did find Seria, which according the the website can be female or unisex, and means "star."

The "unapproachable beauty" was Takashita Sugino. I know SuginA is female, but SuginO? The other one, Uno Seira IS unisex. Also called "scary", which could be because they used to be a boy, and aren't dealing with it well.

It’s a manga! There are manga that have teenage kids in MUCH more sexual situations. If this bothers you, perhaps you’re reading the wrong type of literature for your sensibilities.

Clearly Akira is still having issues with what we in the trans community call "imposter syndrome." Even though she's 100% physically female, and she acts very feminine now and likes feminine things, she's still worried that if people discover that she was originally a boy, everyone will hate her...

It may be by choice. Hard to tell with Nyangii. In other cases, we have seen that phantoms can appear small if they are injured or lose power, or in Rangii's case, I feel it's more tied to her emotional state. When she acts mature, she becomes mature. When she's childish, she's a child.
