When the knife was pulled I wasn't sure how they were going to let him out of there alive without losing face. I wasn't expecting furniture related homicide though.
I had to check the tags half way through to make sure I hadn't wandered into the wrong establishment. Not sure what audience they're going for here. Two chapters in and that's already a lot for most GL enjoyers to get through with only the cover to hold them over. I'm going to wait until someone...
Living locked in a tower is the only “happy” ending she might have at this rate. If she’d just stop tinkering she’d be fine. Heck, she could even help them figure out how to quietly have a kid that would be accepted. She could use her evil powers for good, but noooo.
To me she's a country bumpkin / chuuni coded vampire. I'd need to see other vampires to learn how out of the norm she is though. For all we know whatever made vampires comply with rules to protect humans has left them all recluses who are a bit off when they do wander out into public.
So they are both messed up. Trying to seriously date three people vs pretending to be three people. Nobody has the high ground at the moment.
What would be really hilarious if she gets clued in to what two-timing is and becomes worried about getting caught dating three people.
I hope she forgives a more worthy person if she’s such a softy. Bald dude can go pound sand. I’m afraid if she rejects him a second time he might do something more drastic with how much hubris he has built up though.
