At least part 5 is not given to the part 3 author... (I really dislike that artstyle)
Suzuka could do well for part 5, we'll have to see how she handles more "mature" / "grown-up" situations with her artstyle. So far, she only drew for part 1 and 2 which are pretty much the prologue of the story.
Waiting for the part 4 artist to continue would have pushed the end of the manga by at least a decade, sadly... Considering Part 5 on its own is likely to require 12-15 years to complete at the speed they are usually going, adding a decade to that would be too long...
Are you reading the bubles in the correct order?
"It would seem you've misunderstood something"
"You must have (misunderstood something), to call my adopted daughter a filthy commoner girl."
Also, the ones who were "removed" were commoners, so any evidence they could provide would just be mere verbal testimonies, which have zero weight against the words of the nobles. Since those commoners have (almost) no mana, no way to use the magic tool to read their memories.
So it's just...
The anime is way more light-hearted, whether it is that scene or the serie as a whole. For that scene, for example, in the anime Gunther is barely wounded (he himself says it's just a scratch), Damuel is fine and conscious after the fight, ...
SPOILER FOR THOSE WHO ONLY READ MANGA AND HAVE NOT...
There's no ashes on the ground in the novel. Those people were literally vaporized, nothing left of them. The ashes in the manga are just to let the reader see that someone was there earlier.
There might also be the fact they just saw Myne's group, including Gunther, violently kick one of their coworkers, Jenni. Anyway, plenty of potential reasons, it is unclear what they really thought, and no one will ever know as they got vaporized by Ferdinand a few seconds later...
Their front hair is styled differently, but it is hard to see since one of them is on the ground.
The one on the ground is Jenni, who was previously Christine's attendant, along with Rosina and Wilma.
From the position, it is very likely the ashes at the top is from the unnamed attendant that...
Yes, in a way, Damuel was guilty of the same crime as Shikza, which for Damuel was putting Shikza's order to stand down above Ferdinand's and Karstedt's orders to protect Myne. Without Myne asking for leniency for him, Damuel, Henrik and Juliane (Henrik's wife) would have all been executed...
Correct, that is not . This actually looks like it is
As for , it might be him playing on the bottom of page 22 with the black clothing (same hairstyle), but it is from so far away it is impossible to say for sure.
Dirk, with a mednoble-level mana, would have died around 1 year old. Myne was born with a laynoble-level of mana.
Liz barely had any mana, that's why she survived so long (plus she was likely throwing taues every year, which helped her survive longer)
