Part 2 took 7 years to complete (it started in 2018), for 4 volumes in the LN. Part 5 is 12 LN volumes, so 3 times bigger. Even if part 5 manga adaptation starts now, it wouldn't be surprising for it to take 10-15 years to complete, if not even longer.
