She literally said "I'm ... uhh.. fighting something more powerful than the Goltze right now". The harder thing was my bad, she was referring to the Goltze cause it was fightning against its mana.

I loved her expressions through the whole chapter btw.

That "thing" she was fighting against is just her sleepiness. Which in fairness was a big deal, because if she had fallen asleep the Goltze would have been freed and able to go on a rampage, no one would have been able to stop it until Ferdinand arrived.

The different feeling about the prayer was just that, a feeling of a different flow of mana, but it didn't make it harder to use her mana. At least she never mentioned that, neither in the manga or the LN.

For some reason I wish Rosemyne was able to tame the oversized of kitty of doom. The ensuring conversation of it likes me, it followed me home, and can I keep it? I would love a side story like that.
