and while the first one is mainly benno being a merchant the 2nd and 3rd rule as rediculus as they sound are absolutely needed because that's the sad reality of the situation that to almost all nobles that would be the case and while rozemyne wouldn't do it he can't be sure for all those around her.

hello! i'm so sorry but after this upload i had to evacuate for hurricane Helene, which destroyed my home and 90% of my worldly possessions (sooooo much manga i've had since i was a kid!!) and made my family homeless (also destroyed my drawing tablet that i use for scanlating 😭😭) so I had to move in with my fiance's family and i went from a 1500sqft apartment to a 15x15 room.

Now I'm sheltering in place for Cat 4 Hurricane Milton as it hits us almost head on. I'm not in an evacuation zone and the house is all boarded up and strapped down properly, but I'm still going to lose power for a long time. Again. Lol.

I'll copy paste this on the part 4 comment section as well just in case, but again I'm so sorry for the delay. It'll be a while until I'm in a position to continue my hobby when I have to deal with FEMA and insurance and finding a place to live and school and work lmfao.
