in the matter of Amachi calling Tokiwa as Tokiwa rep, it is fine although in english it might sound a bit weird. You could leave it as Tokiwa-senshu (if im correct? or what the japanese word is), as it is similar to seniority or respect as a "-san" in professional sports scene.

I just found out there is a live action Japanese tv series based on this manga (with the same name), by today there are 4 eps. Has anyone gave it a go? If so, how is it? Will try to watch it sometime, but hopefully the season will go as far as this tournament or more
