@lil-mcfile Rosario to Vampire is the manga. Mizore is a yuki onna in the story that falls in love with the main character and stalks him. Some people don't like the MC since he's kind of wishy washy but I think it's okay for what it is. There's an anime for it as well.

This is an okay isekai but major things seem to happen and then get brushed under the rug. It's like the manga wanted to be more than what it was but just couldn't get there. Nothing seems to really have weight or a feeling of tension either. They should've just went all in on the slice of life...
@Doomer she came out in chapter 20. She's a sage that was sent to invite another guy to be a sage but when he declined she killed him. I'm not sure if she was planning to do the same to the MC or what though. Only that she was sent after them.
