It ends at around ch 14 or 15 of the WN, but I recommend reading from the start anyway. There's some details that differ from the manga and some tidbits here and there.

I love Miyuki's PoVs. Every time, it just solidifies the truth: she was always rotten. Always had the propensity to cheat. If not with Kondo, then with someone else. That whole "pride" and "the woman in me" she keeps talking about is just her refusing to admit that she is a naturally loose...
