    For the longest time I thought the same, one way to tell the difference is their hair accessory. Dex-chan one is a '+' while Fed-kun is a 'o'.

    They are actually estranged twins.. they even have an anime called Yosuga no Sora , the sister became a shy nerdy girl (177013) who built a manga website and the the femboy became a Scammer (Microsoft Employee) who wants to steal all the user info. Now they are unknowingly getting involved in a cat chase against each other.
