I said it in the last chapter's comments, and I'll say it again here. Her name is not Momiji, it's read as Kureha. From chapter 1: From chapter 7: No ifs, ands, or buts. It is literally spelled out as Kureha.

Her name 紅葉 is read as Kureha (you can tell by the reading guide next to it). The characters in her name can also be read many other ways in real life, such as Kaede and Momiji. However, the character in this manga is unequivocally named Kureha. Her full name is shown in the next chapter as...

I didn't see it mentioned, but the reason on page 20 why they said how "I'm so scared I might actually become Onesho-sensei" is likely a pun (SHOuben, meaning urination). That's also why on page 18 they mentioned she was about to wet herself.
