i think she did break it as when it was whole you can see the tendrils moving around and questing then after she broke it they acted similarly to the rest of the goo. however she probably will take whatever parts she could to study it and create a flesh golem whos a magic caster.

So upon reread of the previous chapters there is a detail that i missed the first time. In chapter 7 there is a page describing the giant ants. They are known for digging a labyrinth of tunnels throughout the dungeon and how other monsters can use said tunnels. thats likely what the meat golem...
dont forget rudy is quite the weaponsmith who knows all of their weapons/tactics. She made things for them and showed a remarkable talent at observation and analysis. revealing your enemies tactics, abilities are problematic if you have the ability to take advantage of it and the flesh golems...
so it seems Fal is the one creating the flesh golems which others are calling chimeras. So i wonder if there is a legal distinction between the flesh golems and illegally making monsters like what fal said is the domain of a demon king or dungeon that would allow sorophia to not take her down...
you know it just occurred to me. Rudy has now gained a reputation for making abnormal/unusual weapons for her clients. Maybe the chimera creator wants rudy to make unique weapons/armor for her creations? Imagine the chimeras we have seen but heavily armored with custom weapons.
Ohhh boy so the one making the chimeras wants Rudy for whatever reason. even staying away from the dungeon wasnt enough to prevent her being pursued by a tentacle chimera beast.
