apparently mangadex is not coded well and can't support name changes, anyways know that Cygnus A Central Engine is the Supermassive Black Hole located at the heart of the Cygnus A Galaxy, (not to be Confused with Cygnus A-2 which appears to be a transient radio source close to the center of the same Galaxy, or Cygnus X-1 which is a Stellar-mass Black Hole in the Milky Way Galaxy) and therefore technically a gender neutral name
