Jesus fucking Christ, I finally caved today and tried reading the other group's translation. Aside from the worse typesetting, and worse font choice, and the fucking nonsensical Jeffrey Epstein joke he threw in out of nowhere, it's just such a worse translation by comparison that I couldn't keep...

This was so bad that I literally stopped and showed it to my wife so she could laugh at it too. It's like her top half and bottom half are facing entirely different directions.

I mean, that's kinda the inevitable progression of these sorts of plots. It's not like she's a yokai where it's fine for her past to be a perpetual mystery. She's human, and it's inevitable that as she grooms the MC and pulls him more into her world, that we would learn more about her.
