Normally I feel like these otome, heroine x villainess oneshots end up feeling super rushed, like they are trying to condense far to much plot and backstory into far to few pages but this one felt pretty well paced, and the main couple get actually get enough time to build some real chemistry...
It's going to be fun reading a version of this with more plot, although honestly I really prefer the original style over what I've seen of the new style so far.
I think I'm gonna drop this series for now and come back when it's over, I really enjoy the Lapis stuff but honestly romances where it's unclear who will end up together just don't really work for me.

I really love it when the MCs are just supremely weird people, like they have a completely bizarre way of interpreting or interacting with the world, and this manga is delivering in spades so far!
