I agree. Because of the 3rd volume, some people seem to have started thinking that Hikari is always proactive and never backs out. But she did have a number of these "please read my mind already" episodes in first 20 chapters.
This manga-WN difference confirms once again that this is carried hard by the author. Yom's art is already nothing special, and he's been sick (hopefully not), lazy or busy with something else since March. At this point I would rather have WN chapters released on weekly basis without manga...
