I think that this is by far the best chapter we've gotten since the shibuya arc ended. It feels like there are actual characters with feelings and motives here, as opposed of an endless barrage of meaningless fights and info dumps on abilities that amount to nothing.

So whats the deal with rika's home? are her parents doctors and just don't have time for her? Is the mother dead? the dad? It feels like there's some short of backstory or actual narrative buried somewhere in there, but at the same time this manga is such a shit show, it's hard to believe...
