A duchy can’t have a king, the ruler of a duchy is by definition a duke or duchess. Or rather, inversely, it’s called a duchy specifically because it’s ruled by a duke or duchess. If the ruler was a king, it would be a kingdom.

There is currently no basis for that assumption. We have never seen him fight for himself, nor has anybody in the series ever even mentioned his ability to do so. The series has not established that he is capable of defending himself in any way.

WTF did you do to this manga? Pages are randomly cut up and merged, sometimes with partial pages, and you’ve plastered your logo on top of artwork multiple times per page. There’s a whole bunch of mangadex rule violations here.
