Probably one of the "Harvest Moon" games. Stardew was directly inspired by Harvest Moon, but it came out in 2016 while this volume of the manga came out in 2011.

Looking back on it this art is pretty different from the rest of the series. I wonder if he had someone helping him with it.

Tiny, borderline illegible text and a ton of it. Never liked the term character action game for that reason. Every game has characters performing an action and it doesn't communicate that looking cool is priority over fighting.

The blog says this chapter is from November 21st, 2017 so the Ringed City would have come out a few months earlier. As for the better scans there were never any scans to begin with. It was only ever uploaded online. If a physical edition existed I would have bought it...

Absolute last volume of Houkago Play

We're glad to hear that. I didn't know how many other people were waiting on this series return when I started so the reception has been surprising but heartwarming.

It's a collection of porn one-shots the mangaka made. You can find them on e-hentai but they're untranslated.

Yeah. Although from what I saw Seifuku Date mostly leans away from the video game aspect and is mainly a lewd romance.

Oh shit. I guess I don't have to do Volume 8 then. Alright, give me a few hours I'll put out the last of Volume 7. Guess someone got tired of my slow speed. No hate, I'm glad that this series is finally translated.

PMD is based off of MD's gameplay with a Pokémon twist.

Mary Skelter was an odd little game, but damn did I love the music and aesthetics.
