Stardew valley maybe? You can fish and forage for items in the forest, and there’s a festival once a year, you can have a pet, and you can marry some of the characters, and they get mad if you gift them something and then they find out it was trash

Stardew was directly inspired by Harvest Moon, but it came out in 2016 while this volume of the manga came out in 2011.
