If you are asking about why I'm done translating it for now, then yeah, "no new chapters...
I'll be checking the twitter for any related spin-offs every now and then. I do feel the ending works better if there's at least another few pages that talk about what Pensuke does next.

@es_kan according to a tweet by the author, this wasn't just a one-time occurrence, but rather something old women would do frequently. (i suspect it may not be with such dramatic flair, though)
@AnimuVsMango I think it's not either particular way. The author was just like "I had this idea, so I want to draw it." Some of the human characters later on may also be loosely based on existing characters.
Leo's name in Japanese is actually "Raio" (ライオ), short for Lion ( ライオン ). This is the only time apart from station names I've decided to localize a name, but I think it makes more sense this way. It is conceivably possible the name is also a pun on some kind of "rai" (e.g. thunder, anger) and...
@ArgornDorn if you're having trouble reading it, can you send me a PM of what it looks like on your screen? I'm using 12pt for most of the text, and it shows up fine on my desktop. MangaDex is auto-zooming for me, though; I see about 2 panels at a time. If you're seeing the entire image at once...
