Never played or watched Fallout (any of the versions) so I don't know how much the author took inspiration from it. But, this has got to be the best way how a war against sentient AI came to be and how it ended. It's a really nice touch to make it that the AIs don't have the need nor instinct...

I think this is the 1st time MC is actually flexing his piloting skills. His battles with the space pirates were all so extremely one-sided that he never had the need to go all out.

What a strong-ass girl. Her parents just died (from her POV) and she barely escaped with her like too and is still at risk of being killed. But she was able to record the message without faltering (only broke down a bit afterwards). That's how you write a strong female character. Nice one...

Hmm...I don't really get this world's magic. So these sorcerers/magicians or whatever are around but they're rare? And do they still have monsters around? Also, how the heck can the renovation be done in just one day? Magic?? Was it done over a span of a few days? But even 1 week is a stretch..
