@caitsith predicted this but I turned down the idea when I read it because I was wondering if this was Hal's plan all along, why didn't he just 'commit suicide' the previous round? He didn't need to wait until the next round. Unless his mindset is that he's sure that Baku won't be able to pull...
>Unlike me, you've been keeping oxygen since the 1st round.
>In other words, you have more in reserve than I do.
More satisfied with this than what I assumed last chapter regarding Lalo's decision not to fold

My complaint is that the extra bios Baku could've had couldn't have been much due to the constraints in the setting. They still need to breathe, they can't just conjure air out of nowhere...
I hope you're wrong @catx3 because I don't want to see Hal "die" again, this time probably for good if that's what you're saying Hal is trying to imply..
EDIT: I'm not sure who the fuck it was but I remember someone calling 36 -> 25. Probably @Veshv. Too disappointed with my theory going to...

Since it's almost being explicitly stated that the trick is the obfuscation of the total bios amount, that Baku has extra bios that Lalo didn't account for, assuming that THAT isn't what Baku is mentioning in Chapter 458, where he said "I will lose if he ends up seeing through it"
What else...
