I feel like its somewhat similar to attack on titans view of characters.. Usually they first will show the good in the characters (e.g: like showing why they are so cruel) Then when they finally get you attached to the character, they rip it away from you.

I sorta dislike where the manga is going.. Yea I like the jokes and humor but the manga can never keep itself seriously.. One moment you think you're actually gonna get some character development only for the next page to dismiss it and move on.. Also. Thanks for the translations!
