How the hell does that work? You cant preted that you are not drunk so well that others can't get what you're doing and then suddenly collapse... thats not how alcohol works. Even if your head is ok and you can walk normalny, it still makes your skin red, and your tongue desensitized.

Thankfully this isn't one of "my trash job is op" stories but still...
The only way i could see this story becoming interesting if the reality of the situation comes crashing down on the protag.
Otherwise its yet another "look how op my mc is" story.
