you can rotate text in mspaint using the skew function. you may have to experiment with it to get the results you want of course you can also cleanly rotate in 90 degree increments

@Pirangunter21 the basic principle is the same but the voltage and ac frequency varies between countries and the electronic device’s power supply must be able to account for that difference. If it cant then the magic smoke comes out
