Haven't had pineapple pizza but I've had warm pineapple on its own and I hated it for some reason, so my hopes of liking it on pizza are looking pretty dicey. Maybe if just the pineapple was magically cold I wouldn't mind it, just mentally treat it like two separate foods. Pineapple on its own is nice despite them teeming with tiny needles and I have to stop myself from inhaling too much pizza at once if I want to sleep at night, but warm pineapple is a no from me, dawg.

Pineapple on pizza is good when you need something new. On normal tastebuds idk if I trust it but if you’ve had too much alcohol or are too dehydrated from ultra processed starches or you are surrounded by sour/umami: pineapple on pizza is an interesting choice.

Do it like lightly cooked little pineapple cubes on the pizza, the sweet flavor compliments the sauce and cheese perfectly, and it's warmth just makes it feel right to the tongue

Depends on the fruit. Generally high-acid fruits (citrus) are a no-go with a tomato sauce base as far as I'm concerned. Olives, on the other hand, are fine.
