... so you mean to tell me that the Butler is a professional shipper? Give him a bow and arrow and start calling him Armor! XD (He likely, definitely, sees the MC as if he were his own son and father's and father figures are notorious of trying to get their son married to a woman XD)
I think it's supposed to convey the guy's introvert and introspective personality, which is well and good, but I guess it's a problem of presentation and execution that just made it not really hit off as well as it could have.
Inferiority complex in regards to his brother. Regretably it's rarely shown in a compelling way or with genuine depth in order to explain MCs actions. Here more shown than tell should've been the name of the game.
maybe she wants to prove his capabilities to the rest of the clan (given that they still doubt not only him but her judgement as well) and also marry him maybe???
I hope Anzai and his bitch of a girlfriend die in fire. I hate these characters. But knowing japanese story tropes, I doubt that that is going to happen.
Anyway the chapter was epic, it's all very John Wick inspired action and I love it!
I'm so happy the white haired bitch (harsh but I don't like her, she's pathetic and unlikeable) didn't win.
This is the canon ending as far as I'm concerned.
