I don't understand why she hasn't even thought about getting stronger in regards to skills and such. That previous world had internal energy and the system probably has some methods for learning that. Even if those are ignored, going by her logic that her experiences/memories can't be taken away...

yeah... literally no matter how "casual" you are, if you've played for 3 years you can't be level 1 still. Otherwise you haven't really played at all in the first place.
