I don't understand why she hasn't even thought about getting stronger in regards to skills and such. That previous world had internal energy and the system probably has some methods for learning that. Even if those are ignored, going by her logic that her experiences/memories can't be taken away then why hasn't she even thought of learning assassination/thief techniques for concealing oneself, and also self-defence. Those are useful no matter where she is, and helps to defend herself, and no-one said that a "goddess" can't defend themselves anyways did they????
The system would probably have some good martial arts and if not surely she could've located some in that previous world.
She really should be using some of those 6 hours to get some basic ability to defend herself or identify poisons and such considering the worlds she is in. It wouldn't even conflict with the fitness training since that can do that too
