The translation is at a point where i just barely can't tell what it is trying to say. Pages 5 and 7 are especially tough, i can tell they are about Akane's love situation and Momo's previous party respectively, but none of the specifics at all.
@Suck-a-duck It is just worded a bit weird in the translation. Because higher leveled units get less exp, the enemies and other party members are catching up to his level, removing the advantage he had, and making the drawback of not having any other skill become a problem.
The scene between Emi and Maou in the middle of this chapter is actually such a big deal. It finally clears up to us readers why Emi acts so stubbornly, and hints at why Maou acts so strangely non-malicious, as well as what way their arc might go.
It at the very least got me to keep reading...
Log Horizon is the only one i am going to watch most likely, mostly because i prefer reading the manga for all of the other ones on the list that i enjoy.
For new shows, Horimiya has been a big favorite of mine for years, so i'm really glad to see that get an anime finally.
I see it sets the scene with a straight up confession from one side, and everyone involved knowing the other side secretly reciprocates it.
Probably no romantic drama at all here, just comedy fluff.
I had been thinking about how a good ending to this could work, but i absolutely didn't see this solution coming. It is quite a hard twist, but it works well enough in hindsight to not break the story.
