Each volume has 5 chapters. My personal guess is that's the way the author found to add this important chapter while still having the other "slots" available for the 3 remaining chapters

The chapters are releasing like normal, they just haven't been translating for three months now. I wonder if it was abandoned (for the second time) Next update should be released on March 7th
