@Yuukecchi RD is Redrawing (which would make sense, as the post is from the Zaibatsu Redrawer). Redrawing is the process where, after blanking out the original text that is not in balloons, they will redraw the manga (or a rough approximation) so that it appears nicer when the translated text...

@Jethzki Volume 9 is the one that's being translated. I don't read the RAWs, so I can't tell you what happens in Vol 13. I'd be careful throwing out spoilers for stuff that isn't even translated yet.

So Irene will no longer be forced to run away from the Demon Kingdom, but will possibly be sent as an ambassador to prevent the war, and have to look into the guy who is strong enough to defeat the guy who was strong enough to defeat her father.
