@edgarsabin "The Blood of Madam Gissele" is close. There is a R rated version and a PG13 version. It takes place late 1800's early 1900's. The ML is very innocent and is "tutored" by the FL. The story makes me think of early Anne Rice so there are vampires.

@BearSenpai It's not really his fault. It's implied in the demon cave she learned an illusion skill from one of the ghost staying there. To us the readers it's frustrating but she is using literal magic to maintain her male appearance.

As of 8/3/20 there are 38 chapters listed on Mangadex. If you go to the Centinni Offical page it's up to 40 chapters. I've skimmed through the raws and from what I can see this is going to be a very slow burn romance. At 80+ chapters in the ML still doesn't know FL is a girl.
