Tanaka Hiroshi's currently ongoing series, Kippo, is ending this year. He's already announced something new, but other than being related to Bad Boys, it's not quite clear what it is. It might be a reimagining of Bad Boys? Which would make this the teaser chapter for that.

By the time I beat Hades for the first time I was already so sick of the first two areas, and the lack of enemy variety, playing much more of it was extremely unappealing. Hades 2 having twice the amount of areas and enemies made beating the game 10 times much more tolerable.

In the timeline before Wagatsuma timeslipped, Kanamori would have no one to propel him to a leadership position. He probably wouldn't have the guts to extort Harumi or anyone else, which means he keeps his eye, and Harumi doesn't end up following him and succeeding/overtaking Kanamori. Instead...

How? All Harumi wants to do is fish. He's the least interesting character. You never see what he's thinking. He's a blank slate who's just 'there'.

Almost certainly, because it was much less obvious when he first started showing the alternate timeline in the weekly chapters. I mean, obvious enough to readers who pay attention, but how many of those are there, really?

Yes. It's a standard phrase in criminal/delinquent stuff and I looked up various translations to choose which one to use. People really liked that one, even though it was part of the dub.
