I've played a few mmos with open world pvp and I've gotta say, the motivation of "loot the gatherers" at least makes it excusable to camp newbies in this fictional game. The only real mmo I can recall having a justifiable motivation to camp newbies was ArcheAge since you could loot trade packs...
