I'm usually this same way. But, I've been on a roll this year! Found Vinland Saga, Pluto, almost about to finish 20th Century Boys, (Planning on reading Monster & Billy Bat after likely), it's been great.
Case in point, keep looking, but most importantly, don't be afraid to find something, even something random, and give it a try. Even if you end up dropping it, that's fine, you gotta test the waters a bit. Otherwise, those specific tastes become a prison.
