I get that real plot progression would defeat the original point of YuruYuri, and I'm mostly at peace with that idea. Still though, a chapter like this makes me wish I could see what these four are gonna be like when they're Sakurako's age, or Nadeshiko's age.

I've been thinking Tsukuru is gonna move into Hana's apartment complex at the end of the year, likely as Hiroe's roommate. But now we may be looking at Tsukuru and Kasane moving in together.
The thing with that is that Namori is a self-professed gigantic yuri fangirl. You're right in that she's deliberately writing it ambiguously because that is the joke after all, but I'd bet you anything she does has a personal favorite among the three. And it's fun to try to figure out which one...
It'd be bad economics to reveal it. This guessing game / shipping war is the most popular thing about this series. (You can see evidence of that right here on MangaDex even -- the most commented on chapters are almost always the "Nadeshiko x ???" chapters.) I'd say that maybe it'll be revealed...
Now I'm not saying Sakurako isn't a goblin, but Hanako definitely exacerbates the issue sometimes by being so quick to deny her the benefit of the doubt.
