Absolutely beautiful ending. I don't even necessarily know if I'd call it "tragic", because the two of them were ultimately able to be together, in the end. When the boy was confessing to the teacher, he mentioned that she was retiring at the end of the year, so I wonder if the teacher had known...
Just piping in to say that there's absolutely nothing wrong with seeking medical intervention for mental health issues. If it's okay to take medication for a heart condition, then it's okay to take medication for a brain condition. :)

I just started reading this tonight, and I'm going to be honest.
Why is everybody so concerned about who's "right" and who's "wrong" in this manga? People keep asking and arguing over stuff like: Is Nanase the bad guy? Is Fuuko the bad guy? Is Yuni the bad guy? Is Yuki the bad guy? Is Mashiro...
I was going to say, I'm surprised at how few people are pointing out the fact that Yuuma's mom is apparently just as abusive as Yuuma's dad, just in psychological ways rather than physical ways.
I wonder if she was that way during life, or if she's only that way now that she's dead.
Thinking about what the ghost of Ichihashi said to Tobio:
"You traitor."
I don't think this refers to Tobio going out with Renka after Ichihashi confessed to her, or to the fact that Tobio was responsible for the bombing, but rather refers to the fact that Tobio is happy, or at the very least...
