If I had to guess not everyone with "1" in a stat is equal. We haven't seen anyone with a "0" in strength so perhaps anything between 0.1 and 1.4 gets averaged to 1 or something. Considering it is following game logic and plenty of games use fractions on their end while only displaying integers...

It was a good time but it did seem to suffer from having just too many characters near the end, too many to get a clean ending anyway. I'm really looking forward to the next series this artist does though, he's got a great sense of humor.
