@Gauvain thunder and lightning are made by friction of wind and water of clouds, i remember some manga explained how lightning created like this. i believe the author used this logic.

i believe this is the time for me to drop this series, the author just like to dumping so many characters with better personilty than the protagonist to show how boring the protagonist is.
