I have no idea what the last panel is supposed to say. Probably some japanese dialect that doesn't fully translate to english. Either way, Kashiwada is amused at Oota.

So they married and lived as a couple in Kanto, or at least that is what is implied. It fits with the casual theme of this series that the author made them a couple without drama.

Thanks for the chapter scanlator! She is becoming inspired to wear the clothes she likes because of that guy, she actually gathered enough courage to go out with the fashion she wanted! The guy even encouraged her when she was crying. Hope this is not dropped, so far this is a great story.
