From my understanding of the story so far, it's been said that the demand of slaves has declined thus it's hard to sell the slaves and the companies are forced to dispose of their stock which means they'd lose potential profit. They could directly sell to those illegal facilities but remember...

The recession was mentioned in earlier chapters (iirc, chapter 6 and 14?) through droughts and poor harvests, but its full scale wasn't really clear. So I guess we're finally getting a sense of just how bad it is, cmiiw.

Is she? I wasn't sure when doing this chapter whether Corina's father is also Avril's father or not so I used that. I'll change it to half-sister if their father is the same.

I appreciate the suggestion but I don't think I'd pick that up since it already has official release and I see other group (in aggregate sites) is working on it too, sorry.

The issue with "I" often eludes me even though I've rechecked it many times, thanks for that.

That series has already been done by MangaMillion and you can read it on other sites.

That looks interesting and I'm down to do that, though I'd have to ask someone to help make MD page for it before I could work on it.

And that's a wrap. If you like my work and want me to work on other series that hasn't been worked on, you can hit me up on discord (no server, too lazy for that) or my group's comments page. If I have the time and interest I might pick that up. Anyway, that's all from me and don't forget that...

Checked it out and looks pretty interesting, I'll add it to my to-do list.

Thanks for that, I'll look into it.

Very likely yes, she's referring to marriage proposal.

Another character development arc? :meguupog: PS: Regarding last page, it's unknown whether it's Farma or Mélodie who's doing it so I tried to keep it neutral and I'll leave that up to your interpretation. That's all from me, lmk for any mistakes, hope you enjoyed this chapter.

Reaksi yg sama kek Ellen :dogkek: Palingan cuma si Blanche yang salah paham atau lamaran dalam maksud lain. Tunggu next chapter aja.

Keknya udah lama banget, arc kanker mulai dari chapter 51.

That's what I thought at first too but for anyone curious, it explicitly mention "医師" which afaik, means doctor as in physician. Could also mean medical researchers in the school but I doubt that.
