That might be the case I'm not sure, but still, I've seen plenty of series that had similar things happen that ended up rushing for a confession that ended up not feeling earned. These last few chapters have been masterful in how they've delivered both characters confessions that felt both...

Man, I'm glad I didn't drop this series after chapter 25 like part of me wanted to. The series had a lot of fucking annoying plot points, and dumbass misunderstandings, but it fucking came through and stuck the landing when it needed to.

Honestly, I'm surprised that Kase won and Yamada didn't collapse coming there. That's what I thought the trajectory the chapter seemed to be on. Still, I'm left feeling confused why people are yet again upset by the chapter.
