The return of the sasumatas, now in Christmas mode! And I'm guessing this arc will lead into Kasane moving to Temari Heights and becoming Hana's neighbor (or even roommate) earlier than expected.

I had the same impression. There's also an error where Noa is totally black in page 6, first panel (lower right corner). Maybe those will be fixed in the volume release.

Volume 15 puts 119.5 (and the sleeping posture chapter too) after all the regular chapters, so we are just following the official release.

Koyori saying the ring was a suggestion from Noa and that it would make Kanon's heart stop is a callback to chapter 99, when Noa almost had a heart attack from getting a ring from Hinata. It's an advance birthday present since Koyori and Kanon's birthdays are just a few days apart.
