Well he’s not the one getting cucked even if Gotou bangs Shigechi, because he plain doesn’t give a shit about her any moreso than any other fine piece of ass. Just like he wasn’t being cucked when Gotou banged Agawa (who also banged Inukai beforehand). He’s obsessed with Shiina, and no other girl.

My prediction is that Shigechi will be oddly touched by the fact that Gotou is obsessed with her in much the same way Inukai (the boy she’s tsundere for) is obsessed with Shiina and that’ll be Gotou’s in. If anything it’s Shiina and Akito that’ll get NTR’d in this arc.
