With that kinda revelation, i'm glad it's the 2nd chapter of a volume and not at the end, that would be a major cliffhanger. Or.. just maybe or... that the "gods" that they all worship are not actually gods, but something else? means can be mutable, add/remove/edit kinda thing..

I feel like this is getting 1-3 more chapters then Axed. They wrapped up a few loose ends and doesn't feel like the story is actually moving in any direction.

thanks for the chapter, loved this series. Just wish they didn't put huge multi year gaps between each "part" and then have all of the parts progress at the same time. so many cliffhangers, but you know she's safe cause she's in part 4
