Minor update on what I said last: at some point the KadoComi app has been updated and now supports both account logins and chapter purchases so you can now log into the same account as the site and, at least for titles that are available in the app (which still isn’t the full library of titles...
a) a tags aren't automatic or magic, people add (or remove..) them based on the source material or what they see in the pages themselves, and this is an original title so there’s only these chapters (and the next few in the magazine) to go on.

Publishers other than Kadokawa will leave chapters up until they’re actually printed in volumes, or at least let you pay to read them. With web-only manga that are cancelled before a full volume comes out the final chapters can be lost forever that way, at least legally. Isekai Teni, Jirai...

Ironically I’m looking at sale stuff and came here to help make a decision. I don’t know if their DMCA has done anything to improve their profits but it might lose them a sale..
It’s published in Dengeki Maoh, which is monthly, and of late it’s only been in every other issue. Kadokawa puts chapters online temporarily on KadoComi (formerly ComicWalker) a month after serialisation.
