one thing this chapter tried to point out but is hard to realize is that, the deaths of the fighters in that battle against the two confidants effectively wore down on the military power on most of the other nations, allowing the goddess to exert her power more over them.

i think he's probably just a regular rock human. i guess that since the bunch of rock humans around morioh were a syndicate working to profit from rokakaka, they're hostile to the humans (working to undermine their syndicate).

i don't believe it was revealed whether it was Shikaku or Sumidori in Sumidori's body. it might be the case that Shikaku awoke in Sumidori's body and gave his ID and affiliation instead. but Sumidori's mind should've taken priority if he returned to his body... this ability is still not quite...

Eva probably survived. she seems really shrewd at gauging powerful majins, so i'd say she probably surrendered and was one of the dark elves who showed the ruins to Hakurou/Shuna/Souei.
