Man, takasora really is a character. The fact that she seriously injures her head at the end of her nightmarish story because of being distracted after saving someone is such a cherry on top.
Having gone through both I'd say the anime is vastly superior where it matters. The manga really shifted the tone where it doesn't really feel like the LN at all, whereas the anime furthered it I'd say, couldn't recommend it more.
Ugh. It's just a kiss come on, it's not like she's in a relationship or has expressed she wasn't into her or that kind of thing. In the contrary the vibe was totally there, if Blondie doesn't like it she can make it known.
I've had guys do that to me and have done it myself to girls and guys...
Wow I'm surprised no one pointed this out but, Euria stayed fighting the Knight Princess for 3 days and night to protect Yuri when she could've just ran away as Yuri showed. We have much evil she did to Yuri I find this really cool, nothing is just black and white.
To give credit to who you were replying to; MC is getting closer to Miguel and has affection for her but it seems clear she doesnt consciously see her as a love interest, while she has a big long time crush on Captain. So if he were to confess now I think she'd accept in a heartbeat.
But to...
This has been really great but I got one critique; change Miguel's gender and her relationship with MC wouldn't be too different.
I don't like when it being same sex is the main conflict in the story but I do think it should be a part of the plot, just like how it is in real life.
Hopefully...
Calling it now, it's her brother who's gonna get a crush on crossdressing Amata(?, I'm terrible with those names), then at some point he'll learn it's actually a guy but will still crush on him, pushing Amata to officalize his feelings for Aki/Hanku.
I finished this one too lol. It's kino, I don't dislike my husband's being tall but I do wish I was taller and stronger hehe.
Again I wish there were more like this.
Nanase wasn't a great girlfriend but she's a teenager new to relationships, and a gay one at that, framing her as the one in the wrong here isn't right.
This applies to Yuni too to an extent, but unlike Nanase she was well aware she was doing something more and more wrong, she's just self centered.
I disagree it holds true no matter the gender involved. Men and women are socialized very differently which makes it a lot easier to just be friends among your sex (especially female) even if there's attraction. Then there's also all the outside factors from living in an heteronormative society.
It's better for the development of a society, humans are a resource, so trying to minimise homosexuality is good for that.
Assuming same sex attraction is influenced by nurture at all, having a society that shuns same sex attraction and enforces heteronormativity will yield more of that human...
